XEI Krita Brushes

Some handy brushes I made to imitate fountain pen ink and charcoal. Supports pen pressure, with the bottom quarter of pressure being consistent and smooth variation with higher pressures, giving you a lot of control over the final result and thickness or darkness depending on the brush.

Through experimentation I discovered some really interesting effects, like how the Charcoal Blackhole brush will interact with itself at different pressures.

These brushes are quite large by default, but scale down very well.

The "slow" and "slop" brushes may take quite a while to render on some systems. To improve performance on Windows make sure the Direct X hardware acceleration is enabled in the display configuration.

The bonus "tile" brushes are sized to match, so that the smaller tiles can be nested inside of the larger ones.
